Samoans comprise a large part of the Hawaiian islands population. Try looking for tattoo artists in Hawaii. I lived there for a while, and there was a popular tattoo place on Kamehameha HWY called Skin FX Tattoo Studio. You could look them up in the yellowpages.com, and call for an idea.
