tribal armbands are indeed no longer considered fashionable so dont get a tattoo for fashion reasons, all of mine have individual reasons and meanings behind why i got them so regardless of fashion etc i'll always like them and at the end of the day thats all that counts.
which country are you getting it from?
in UK most studios have hourly rates but can also quote you when the see the design as they know how quick they can work etc.
i got my 1st tattoo 11 yrs ago now and its still in very good condition tho its has faded a bit cos i didnt use enough sun creme so just be sure to use 30+ on it and it'll last a long time
I don't think there is anyway to stop them from automatically locking. They consider this a safety feature so it is programed to do this. As far as locking the keys in the car, you may have to develop a habit of removing them from the ignition when getting out or be more careful not to touch the power locks while getting in and out.
