help designing a tattoo?

I need a little help designing my tattoo. I know what I want but am not very good at getting it drawn out. I've looked online for pictures that might help but not getting anywhere. I want an eagle filled in traditional Maori designs. If someone could help me with some links to pictures etc that would be great.
