Tattoo Ideas… Help?!?

my friend and I want to get our 2nd tattoo's done together and we want the tattoo to mean something/represent our friendship.
I don't particularly want a word, more of a design. Although I have thought about the Maori Cook Island word for friendship. We've both got strong connections to NZ, music and travel.
We've also been talking about this for a few years, so it's not something spur of the moment or something I might regret.
Any help would be great =)
