Doing Some Research For A Friend, Where In Nz Can You Get A Traditional Maori Tattoo (chisel Not Needles?)?

My friend is coming to visit me in NZ and is looking at getting a maori tattoo but hes a bit of a tattoo freak and wants it done the traditional way with the chisel. Does anyone buy medications know of anywhere that does this and how much it costs? Any info would be helpful! Thanks!
