Why do non-Hawaiians and non-Pacific Islanders get tribal tattoos?

I see a bunch of people getting tribal tattoos today why? because they look cool? wouldn't they be offending some people? people without a family amakua would get like a shark tattooed to their leg 
. Some people are even getting Maori tattoes? online pharmacy without prescription aahh! lol
